Recipe: Salted Caramel Apples
6 popsicle sticks
1 jar of The Jam Bandits Salted Caramel
2 Tbs milk
Remove the stem from each apple and press a popsicle stick into the top. Butter a baking sheet. Place caramel and milk in a bowl and microwave or heat in a saucepan for 2 minutes, stirring once. Allow to cool briefly. Roll each apple in caramel sauce until well coated. Place on baking sheet to set. For an added bit of flavour roll in chopped nuts before cooling.
